I’ve just finished upgrading all my core WordPress sites
to use Jetpack, and spent some time split-testing various caching plugins and settings.
I’ve also de-bloated and optimized the databases on all my core websites. I deleted 28000 transient options records from one of
them..
I’ve also re-themed one of my oldest sites: www.quirkycars.net No simple task, as I’d previously hacked the existing theme to within an inch of it’s life!
The new theme is a child theme of Parament by Automattic – I did it properly this time
It’s all looking good right now.
